Returns

Island Paws stands behind all of our great products, and guarantees our customers 100% total satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and it is unused with its packaging intact, it may be returned for a refund or online credit within 30 days of purchase. Returns can be accepted only with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be assigned to you by contacting us by phone at 239-395-1464 or by emailing us at islandpaws@earthlink.net with a description of the items to be returned, along with a short explanation as to why you are returning them.

All returns must be accompanied by the original bill of sale, and with all original packaging and tags. We cannot accept returns on any items without original packaging or that have been used, chewed, washed or worn. Any item returned in un-resalable condition will not receive credit. We regret we cannot refund shipping charges. 

Due to health regulations, no returns can be accepted on carriers, beds, strollers or edible items.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within four hours of placing the order. Cancellations must be made by phone 239-395-1464 and not via e-mail.  If you call to cancel the order outside of our normal business hours, please leave a voice mail message with your cancellation request (including your name and the items ordered), and we will process your cancellation at the beginning of the following business day. Cancellations received later than two hours after order placement may need to be handled as a return if the item has already been shipped.

Shipping

Shipments are made via US Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex.
Most items you order will be in stock and you can expect to receive them within 7 to 14 days. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for out-of-stock items, unless otherwise noted in the product description.  If shipping time will be over 3 weeks, you will be notified via email with approximate ship dates.

Sales Tax

Any order placed by a Florida resident or shipped to a Florida address is subject to Florida sales tax of 6 %.
